Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst for the Development Business Model updates, analyzes, and reports financial information for the organization. Responsibilities may include: Create and maintain reporting for all aspects of the development business model including capital packages for Executive Meetings, plan/forecast/actual comparisons, headcount variance files, etc., maintain accounting documentation related to managed services (VSOE, SLA, CPI increases, calendar day accruals, etc.), review internal processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency at its highest level, willingness to learn technical knowledge of the business model operations to better understand the business and implications of decisions, continually update business knowledge and leverage it across responsibilities, a! nd work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of role, and follow Cerner policies, and upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting services, or other applicable areas
Excellent oral/written communication and influence skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA a plus
