About The Position
TriEye is the pioneer of SWIR sensing technology. Based on nanophotonics research, TriEye’s technology is disrupting the world of vision sensors for the automotive market along with other exciting applications.
We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our Photonics team as an Opto-electronic R&D integrator.
Your Day to Day
- Build, align, and test opto-mechanical and mechanical assemblies for design. validation, prototype testing, and engineering experiments.
- Install and repair assemblies on engineering systems or field returns.
- Provide assembly design feedback to NPI/design engineers.
- Write, edit, and improve assembly process procedures during the early and advanced development phases.
- Build and validate alignment or test fixtures.
- Perform system-level integration and calibrations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in the integration of complex high-precision optomechanical assemblies or systems.
- Experience in integration of systems involving solid-state lasers – advantage.
- Proficient in the assembly of high-volume systems that have passed the early incubation stage.
- Experience in working in high-grade clean room environments (e.g. class 100).
- Experience in working with laser hardware for control and characterization: signal tuning, drivers, scopes, and laser beam profilers.
- Ability to follow and improve existing processes and procedures while also being highly capable of creating and documenting new processes where none exist.
- Demonstrated ability to follow methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques and make decisions based on data.
- B.Sc. / B.Tech in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar.
- Fluency in English knowledge both verbal and written.
