Job Description

The RevOps at Optiply will be responsible for optimizing our sales process by developing and implementing sales strategies, developing and executing content marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team with effective training and tools. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the sales process.

This is what you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Develop and execute effective content marketing strategies to generate inbound leads.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system to ensure that all sales activities are recorded and tracked correctly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Continuously review and optimize the sales process to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Customer Success to improve the overall sales process and customer experience
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in sales operations

This is who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or related fields.
  • Experience in content marketing and inbound lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-Savvy
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
