Job Description
1. Responsible for gathering, analysis and design data architecture/framwork to support important project,
Domain of Prepaid Customer such as Customer Profile, Product & Service, Revenue & Finance, Billing and Payment, Digital, etc. To be able to analyze and identify target groups and Implement use case with Business User, Data Science, and Scrum Master.
2. Manage multiple project and user request tasks, support and solve user problem and understanding of the workflow of relevant data to prepare additional features in Customer C360 to consult Business User who will perform Deep Insight Analysis.
3. Develop Processes using internal and external Platforms (E.g. Cloud Platform, Data Lake, GPU database, or MPP database) to support Business Users to analyze relevant data.
