Responsibilities
Cerner is looking for a senior recruiter to join our team to search and attract the best and brightest talent nationwide. As a full life cycle recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work with business leaders, HR generalists and the recruiting team to develop hiring strategies in alignment with business objectives and corporate culture. Developing recruiting strategies for the positions you are responsible for will include identifying sourcing options, building networks, delivering qualified candidates, constructing and negotiating offers. Relationship management with internal clients, candidates, and networks will be a key requirement of this position. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a collaborative approach that possesses strong organizational, communication, time management, and relationship building skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work expe! rience
Ability to create credibility internally with colleagues and clients and externally with potential candidates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, detailed, high quality work in a fast paced environment
Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks/demands while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume recruiting environment
Experience recruiting for multiple locations
Prior technical recruiting knowledge
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and candidate tracking systems
Exposure to Behavioral Interviewing techniques
