Presents a systematic approach while addressing patient telephone calls including triage, medication refills as ordered by provider and basic health related issues. Is r! esponsible for patient flow, chaperoning, medical supply inven! tory, cleaning of medical instruments and follows procedures related to preparing rooms between patients. Provides assistance to front office staffing regarding medical record maintenance, patient Scheduling and other clerical duties as assigned.
