Position Summary:
Provides effective business and operational support and system expertise in one of the follow areas for policies, procedures, business operations and systems:
___ Clinical Documentation (EpicCare Inpatient)
___ Emergency Department (ASAP)
___ Pharmacy (Willow)
___ Orders (EpicCare Inpatient)
___ Surgery (OpTime)
___ Radiology (Radiant)
___ Ambulatory (EpicCare Ambulatory)
___ Web Portal (MyChart)
___ Registration (Prelude)
___ Scheduling (Cadence)
___ ADT (Prelude)
___ HIM
___ EMP (Identity)
Actively engages in analysis, build and performance monitoring and reporting, training a! nd system optimization to ensure the highest level of standard! ization, consistency and efficiency across the hospital. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles and Tenet Standards of Conduct.
Qualifications
Job Specifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Licensure: When required for application expertise
Minimum Experience: 2-3 years' experience in clinical or information technology fields
Certification/Registration: Epic certification in specialty area. If not certified, will require certification within three months of hire into the department and annually thereafter.
Other Skills/Knowledge: Microsoft Office Products intermediate skill level preferred
Ability to understand and articulate the strategic direction of the division/department
Good organizational and task management skills
Good analytical skills with the! ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate both high level and detailed aspects of a project to a wide audience
