Job Description Summary:
Provides assistance in perioperative setting. These responsibilities include transportation of patients, opening sterile supplies, instruments, position and draping of patients and maintaining appropriate supply stock levels.Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required)DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Previous experience working in a hospital or ambulatory surgery setting for 6 months to one year. Additional college level science courses of aseptic technique, human anatomy/body mechanics, surgical procedures/medical terminology, mentality to perform under stressful and pressure situations, ability to learn quickly on the job and accept criticism, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to utilize time well to manage diverse responsibilities.
