Overview of Role:
The primary role of the Luxury Travel Advisor at the OvationNetwork is to wholly support one of the Independent Advisors delivering exceptional luxury C-suite corporate travel services for the Independent Advisors’ clients. By working together as a part of a high performing team, our Luxury Travel Advisor will provide high-touch, white glove service for the assigned clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role will form part of a highly skilled team and can be virtual. The role will report to the Independent Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hours of Operation and shifts available: 9:00am-5:30pm ET Monday-Friday
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the dedicated Independent Advisor with a large client base of luxury corporate clients.
- Responsible for all aspects of the travel planning and designing of domestic and international luxury corporate travel requests including air, hotel, etc.
- Handle all aspects of the booking process including documentation, quality control, deposits, final payments, reviewing itineraries, visas etc.
- Complying with all legal standard requirements, which include mandatory training, compliance, and sanctions.
- Manage the end-to-end booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone, via messaging or via email or back-office systems and servicing platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the Independent Advisor.
- Use positive telephone service techniques; act on special customer requests and maintain excellent client relations
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- Experience working in a high touch, fast-paced service environment
- Experience working on a team
- Background in Luxury Business Travel
- Passion for Excellence in Client Service
- Excellent Professional Communication – both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented - ability to act with integrity, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveler information
- Ability to research and resolve customer service and traveler issues independently and /or with suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport and multi-task, accepting and adapting to change quickly and professionally
- Learning agility and ability to act on constructive feedback
- Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
- Detailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules, for all facets of travel

- Air, rail, hotel, car booking
- Calculating and Processing exchanges
- High proficiency in Sabre GDS essential
Location
The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $17.00 to $29.00 per hour. The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
