Entry Level Solar Sales Person


 

Position Summary:

3rd Degree Solar LLC is looking for a sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The sales representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals by effectively managing customer leads and engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing the best service and support
  • Identify, assess, and overcome customer objections to proposed solutions, and provide solutions to resolve them
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product features and benefits, as well as compare different products/services
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and provide solutions to best fit
  • Reach out to customer accounts in a timely manner to identify potential problems, and follow up to generate leads to target accounts
  • Manage customer accounts through daily/weekly/monthly reporting of key metrics
  • Develop, present and sell home solar to individual households
  • Achieve sales targets within deadlines
  • Keep records of customer interactions and provide it to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,914.00 - $60,874.00 per year
