Qualifications Required:

Ensures that the office runs smooth and patient care is at its best.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- First employee to enter the building an last to leave. Makes sure everything is in good standing at the beginning and end of each day.
- Runs paperwork for the office and checks insurance problems along with running verifications on insurance.
- Ensures patients are treated in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Knows and checks insurance plans that we are providers of.
- Collecting copay, patient balances and sales of vitamins.
- Communicate with surgery scheduling to approve all in office treatment and procedures and give patient information for future seurgeries done in operating room.
- Keeps the office stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Help the technicians fill rooms, walk patients and retieve durgs for add on treatments.
- Staff employees at Brentwood to help out all departments where it is needed.
