Group Overview
Application Managed Services is a team dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of Cerner Millennium applications through 24x7x365 proactive monitoring, management and quick problem resolution. The Application Managed Services team stands ready to provide direc! t and continuous support for the day-to-day operational manage! ment of Cerner applications.
Responsibilities
The Solution Architect provides domain expertise during the design, development and implementation of Cerner Solutions. This role identifies technical problems, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, and client training. The Solution Architect provides design guidance and venue expertise to support implementations and/or production support.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current Solution Architect; and or have Cerner implementation experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Strong client facing presentation and facilitation skills
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthca! re computing preferred
