OMSpecialties Implementation Managers are responsible for: handling all aspectsof a SurgiTrack implementation. The position requires partnering with the OMSpecialties Sales Representative on the initial customer presentation; managingcross-project teams to implement SurgiTrack surgeon- and procedural-specific bundlesof supplies according to a pre-agreed plan; working with the home office andfield teams to determine and measure customer benefit; monitoring and evaluatingthe effectiveness of the product post implementation. This position is typicallyresponsible for a multiple-state territory and multiple simultaneousinitiatives/project teams. Coordinatesefforts of Customer Steering Team, O&M and Customer Operations Teams and OMSpecialties Sales Team teams to facilitate the implementation process andidentify/resolve barriers to success.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCT! IONS:
Works withend-users at our hospital customers, e! specially the department of surgery andancillary support departments such as materials management and central supply.Works closely within each customer?s case picking operation to ensure a smoothmigration of supplies from the pre-SurgiTrack supply chain to the moreefficient SurgiTrack delivery method. Collects andanalyzes data gathered at customer site. Creates benchmarks and providesobjectives and measures. Performs follow up studies to verify correct use andproduct mix of proposed processes. Works within aprescribed implementation plan to ensure delivery of additional procedures, asagreed with the customer as part of a rollout schedule. Also helps the customerclean up surgeon preference cards to accommodate the delivery of suppliesthrough SurgiTrack, which necessitates removing those supplies from the ongoingcase picking operation. Developsrecommendations to accommodate customer needs. Develops project plans andsecures staffing. Adheres toquality assurance process in rega! rds to review methods and reports. AdvisesArea Management and Corporate teams on the subject matter for contracts andagreements. Manages projectsand leads teams of analysts when appropriate. Insures quality standards areunderstood and met. Aids Area management in communicating outcomes tocustomers. Tracks project status and reports status to customer and areamanagement. Develops customerrelationship; identifies way to offer Owens & Minor products and Services,coordinates with Sales team as needed on sales strategy. Constructsprocess flow to ensure an efficient and effective proposal to customers. Where there is alocal Analyst assigned, takes the lead in providing education and instructionon issues related to specific SurgiTrack projects. Performsadditional duties as directed.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: Inside workingconditions. 50-70% TravelTime. No environmentalhazards indicated for this classification.

Job Requirements

! QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING:
Broa! d knowledgeof a specialized or technical field such as healthcare, clinical supply chain orequivalent

experience as a successful member of aninterdisciplinary/multi-department team. An Associates? degree or

successfultraining/experience in project management required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Three, up to and including, five years of experience in healthcare,clinical supply chain, logistics, general or

departmental management and/or project management.

K NOWLEDGE, SKILLS& ABILITIES: Supply Chain management, logistics, physical distribution Ability to work well and prosper within a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and conclude. Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional representation of the company. PC Skills (Microsoft office and Microsoft project) Systems? skills (including proprietary OM systems andhospital systems)
