Data Entry Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies using company proceedures and or return incomplete documents to the team for resolution.
- Follow data program techniques and procedures.
- Rectify account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Keep information confidential

- Bi-lingual preferred
- Data entry experience or related office experience of at least 2 years
