Data Entry Clerk Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Resolves deficiencies using company proceedures and or return incomplete documents to the team for resolution.
  • Follow data program techniques and procedures.
  • Rectify account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Keep information confidential

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications / Skills:

  • Confidentiality
  • Thoroughness
R equirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Data entry experience or related office experience of at least 2 years
Must pass:
  • E-Verify
  • Background check
  • Drug test (we do not check for THC)
