Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs accurate and timely processing of HR transactions in HCM system. Including, but not limited to processing personal leave of absences and following up on medical leave of absences.
- Works ServiceNow HR cases relating to leaves of absence. This will include updating case notes and sending out appropriate correspondences.
- Identifying letters to be sent to associates on leave (initial medical leave requests, final request letters, follow-up letters), make follow-up calls and providing administrative assistance as needed
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply privacy requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Self-sufficient utilization of resources
- Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
