WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Achieving commercial goals with each account through strategic planning that is mutually beneficial for our retail partners and allows us to drive success across our portfolio
- Building customer willingness and capability to collaborate with RMSC on key business drivers and fundamentals
- Developing multiple working relationships within the customer’s internal and external (store level) organization
- Promoting the Company’s platform at all designated customer and trade shows and events
- Working with TMs and other Division/Region personnel to increase their account knowledge and identify opportunities for collaborative improvement
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Demonstrated excellence in developing successful partnerships with retailers required
- Previous exposure to the management of accounts is highly desired
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Ability to communicate with and engage employees, retail customers, and consumers in person
- Good problem-solving skills
- Business acumen and analytical skills
- Solid written, selling, and negotiating skills adaptive to any internal and external audience
- Highly results oriented
- Understands customers’ business models, strategies, and plans
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to visually inspect and manipulate merchandising and advertising displays
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving records
- Ability to drive up to 200 miles per day
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
EHS Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Be aware of the Company environmental, health & safety policies and comply with the objectives as it relates to the role
- Follow Company Safety Rules
- Know the potential health & safety risks and environmental impacts of work activities and understand role in mitigating these impacts
- Understand responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards
- Complete EHS-required training and follow operational procedures
- Immediately report all injuries and illnesses
- Participate in EHS programs as required
BENEFICIAL
- Previous experience in a marketing focused role and/or Account Management - preferably in sales, field market, or business to business
