We are now in the search of a second Tax Process Lead within the Accounting Process Management team. This team is part of the Finance Process Organization within Global Finance Operations under GFGO.
In the role as Tax Process Lead, you will work closely with Group Taxes and the Tax Management Units in our Company Control Hubs as well as with other key stakeholders. Main activities for the Tax Process Lead position are to develop and manage the processes within the tax area to enable operational simplification.
The successful candidate is expected to be able to take lead and implement processes based of new tax accounting standards and/or Ericsson Finance requirements. The candidate will need to leverage on automation and analytics in their quest of transforming and pushing our tax area forward. A large part of the work is connected to various improvement initiatives within taxes.

To enable success in this role, the candidate is expected to be a secure and competent individual that possesses a pro-active and positive attitude towards change and process development, is capable of executing speedily and has great collaboration and cooperation skills as one will work closely with functional owners and leaders, finance operations, IT and external auditors.

What you will do
- You will develop and optimize processes (with internal as well as external input)
- Release, implement & support processes
- Perform process measurements and process assessments
- You will handle demands and process deviations
- You will drive cross process coordination
- Lead/participate in projects
- You will lead policy framework and deployment
- Drive finance improvement framework
You will bring
- Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Tax, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum years of experience: 5 years within Finance & Accounting
- You have business understanding and social and negotiation skills
- Change & improvement management skills
- Knowledge of Financial Models
- You have coaching and mentoring skills
- Relating & Networking
- Responsible for driving results and meeting stakeholder’s expectations
