Job Description:
wise choice remodeling inc is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and employees regarding the status of their account, as well as providing technical support to our customers and employees.
Requirements:
- spanish speaker is a +
- 1 years of experience in a call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of our products is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Windows PC's and Office 365 is a plus but not required
