Chronos is a high-end remote veterinary service for veterinary practices across the country. We are seeking a full-time remote veterinary receptionist to join our team! Your hours will be variable and you’ll be required to work in all US time zones.

Position Description:
- This is a remote position, you will not be working at a practice.
- Flexibility is a must to fulfill this role.
- Full-time hours will be required from you in this position
- You’ll be required to work in all US time zones.
- Performing scheduling tasks
- Entering charges for the patient
- Sending admission paperwork to clients
- Sending the medical record to referring veterinarians after they are complete
- Handling phone calls, emails, texting, and all other forms of communication with pet owners.
- Calling clients to provide updates on patients or schedule discharge times
- Responding to client questions & messages
- Attend weekly meetings
