As a Programme Assistant/Programme Executive, you will be impacting seniors’ lives by promoting active ageing, preventing social isolation and rendering inter-generational activities through a holistic range of programmes.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Community outreach
- Community partners engagement
- Membership recruitment
- Volunteer management
- Day-to-day ops – Programmes and activities
- Documentation – Collecting and reporting data. Periodic report submissions
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by CM/ACM
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or “O’ Level
- Prior Experience in working in relevant sector is preferred
- A passion and desire to work with the seniors
- Ability to plan, develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of the seniors
- Ability to engage, befriend and motivate the seniors through facilitating activities or programmes
- A self-motivated team player and enjoy working with different profiles of elderly
- Able to perform administration and the Microsoft office literacy
- Good interpersonal skills and possess energetic enthusiasm to support in outreach activities, home visits and conducting assessments using Community Screening Tool
- 5-day work-week. Occasional weekends and after-office hours may be expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
