Responsibilities
The Enterprise Solutions Healthcare Executive responsibilities include:
Engage in operational optimization engagements with our clients who are not fully aligned with our standard recommendations for enterprise solutions workflow
Provide a level of executive operational leadership to active projects that involve supply chain and financial workflow and adoption
Work across clients to perform audits and assessments to identify opportunities for both software and process improvements
Assist in leading and facilitating strategic road mapping sessions
Assist in the continued development of strong reference clients
Support Cerner Sales and Marketing processes
Participate in client community groups
Assist with team development and activities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent); or equivalent expe! rience
Understanding of Industry best-practices and financial measures
Able to manage projects
Attention to detail
Analytical skills
Ability to research and examine data from multiple sources and determine a recommended strategy and resolution to implement
Able to work independently as well as a member of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Solutions, especially analytical tools (i.e. spreadsheets, database tools, etc.) and PowerPoint for large group presentations
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
Able to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in successfully influencing and persuading technology adoption
Ability to navigate complex organizations effectively
Strong relationship building
Strong presentation skills
Experience with ERP Consulting
