Responsibilities
The ITWorks Engagement Leader (EL) is responsible for the successful transition of ITWorks clients in the initial phases. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a customized project plan, ensuring tasks are completed within the established timeline, risk assessment and mitigation plans and project status updates. Other role responsibilities include executive relationship management, providing support to the project team members, and making all client engagements strong reference sites.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
! Cerner/Cerner solution/services knowledge and application implementation experience
Strong relationship building skills
C-Suite Experience
Demonstrated success in forming and managing client Director and CXO level relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft applications
Strong business acumen
Ability to travel 25-40% as needed
Self-motivated and demonstrated ability driving new initiatives
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ancillary applications
Experience managing multiple small and moderate-sized teams of associates with disparate roles
Experience managing complex implementations
