We are seeking a dynamic, hard working, sales leader to join our Midwest Medical Sales team calling on hospitals and surgery centers in the Central U.S. Candidates should live in the St. Louis, MO area. You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include ! but are not limited to :
Achieves designated Sales goa! ls, including growing assigned customer base and acquiring new accounts meeting or exceeding the monthly revenue objectives.

Meets and presents in-person with qualified prospects and mid-to-high tier customers an average of 10-12 times per week throughout assigned territory.

Penetrates accounts and build relationships at all levels of Medline and customer base in order to educate our Medline Acute Care and Ambulatory Care customers on the Medisiss process and value

Educate customers on the value of the Medisiss process and the science behind reprocessing.

Conduct periodic business reviews and in-services with on-site management results and pinpoint opportunities in the surgery center and hospital accounts.

Submits regular reports to Corporate outlining sales opportunities, inactive customer game plans and overall selling activities & results.

Strives continuously to build knowledge about Medisiss and its industry, with t! he required capability of effectively demonstrating In-depth knowledge of Medisiss processes, production & quality systems and company objectives.

Effectively and consistently represents the values and mission of Medisiss and Medline.

Meets with and makes recommendations to mid- and high-level management within customer organizations.

Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude to work well with all Medisiss and Medline resources in order to help the customer first and foremost.

Required Skills

Bachelors degree required;

2-3 years minimum experience in medical field sales with demonstrated success ;

Demonstrated sales ability and success on a professional and productive level to both prospects and existing customers;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detai;l

Comfortable meeting with and making recommendations to mid- and high-level management within customer organiz! ations;

Demonstrated excellence in customer relations, serving! /prioritizing customer needs;

Able to work alone/independently and follow through timely;

Able to solve problems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, and work effectively in group problem-solving situations;

Demonstrates excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines;

Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex or diverse information, to research, comprehend and apply data;

Comfortable and pro-active with making “cold-calls” for new opportunities in the region;

Handles multiple priorities;

Stable work history;

Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
